Dear ladies and gentleman who study,  practice,  and love the Laban work

We are so V E R Y  E X C I T E D about our
April 11 LMA day of renewal.

It will be a day to experience, move, ponder, question, share, discover  aspects of this work with 4 wonderful presenters - as well as a day to reacquaint ourselves with the richness of our community members.

If you cannot come for the whole day, please come for part of the day, or just join us for the pot-luck lunch.
For this event, we are contacting individuals who have gone through, or are going through some LMA based program.

If you know of individuals who have not gone through an LMA program, but have studied/experienced a substantial portion of this work, let them know of this day as well, or have them contact me.  We will design future events for the greater movement/dance/somatic communities of the pacific northwest.

PLEASE RSVP - so we will have an idea of who is coming, and how much water/juice/tea/coffee breakfast nibbles, plates, cups etc. to have on hand.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact Tara by phone or e-mail.

Meanwhile, take a look at what the day will bring - such a feast!!

We hope you can join us!

Many Blessings.
